Unpack minds. Unlock futures.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked in individual and leadership assessment and development – as a Chartered Psychologist and a Coaching Psychologist.

Yet I still never fail to be amazed by the complexity, power and potential of minds – how they work and where they can take you. To unpack them, understand them and unlock that huge potential to help people thrive is what I love most about what I do.

And I hope I can do that for you too.

WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

Whether it’s helping organisations find and develop individuals who drive a business and thrive or enabling individuals to make more of their minds and lives, I bring the same long experience, deep knowledge and warm, down-to-earth approach. I also bring a fierce passion for understanding people, and unleashing their strengths in new directions.

But of course different clients need different services, so here’s an overview of what I deliver. If you’d like to talk about a specific service in more detail, you can always email me or book a call. Meanwhile, you can find more information here.

LATEST NEWS

I recently published the first of two articles in Coaching Pyschology International, the journal of the ISCP, exploring how coaching can help women returning to work after a career break to bring up children – as opposed to the more usual return to work after maternity leave.

It’s a somewhat neglected subject, which warrants more research, as the challenges faced are different from those faced following maternity leave. My second article will focus more on those challenges and how different coaching models could help alleviate and overcome them. Read the first article here.

Why me?

It’s one thing to have all the experience, accreditations and qualifications people expect from a chartered and coaching psychologist.

But it’s quite another to love the work as much as I do – and especially the opportunities to see those you work with grow, thrive and – even better – to simply be happy in themselves and where they’re going. Learn more.
