My approach as a Coaching Psychologist relies on the use of evidence-based coaching models. I work directly with my clients, either in person or online, by helping them to identify and achieve individual work-related goals, and to overcome the barriers to achieving these goals. This type of coaching programme can also include psychometric assessment.
I find that, in general, a 4 to 6-session coaching programme (1-hour sessions) works the best, so please be in touch and we can quickly establish the best way forward for you or your organisation.
