LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT & DEVELOPMENT

I use personality questionnaires, followed by a thorough feedback session, to help individuals and organisations gain the deepest possible insights into personality styles at work – and this is where assessment and coaching work very well together. I also use psychometrics to assess the potential of new employees; I’m qualified to use several psychometric questionnaires, including the Wave Professional Styles Questionnaire and the OPQ.

Alongside psychometric assessment, I have both a deep understanding of, and extensive experience in, the application of established competency-based assessment methods, such as role plays, presentation exercises or competency-based interviews. For an ongoing leadership development or selection programme, I can also design a bespoke, comprehensive and engaging suite of assessments – or a single exercise, such as role plays, group exercises or presentation exercises.
