Occupational Psychology

Like all occupational psychologists, I assess potential candidates to make sure they’re the ideal fit for leadership, as well as for the organisation’s culture. My clients also ask me to ensure – through coaching, development and feedback programmes – that these individuals don’t just ‘exist’ in the business, but grow and thrive with it, and within it.

What sets me apart, however, is something my clients often comment on – an approach that’s refreshingly warm and honest. I do always try to interact with my professional clients and coachees as I do with my individual ones, yet without ever sacrificing the sharp and insightful analytical eye required to deliver the best possible assessment.
