Coaching Psychology
Coaching is a popular pursuit in today’s world – and it’s great that there’s now so much support and guidance available for those who need it in both work and life. I differ from most coaches you might know, however, as I am a Coaching Psychologist – which means that I help people to flourish through coaching programmes that are always founded in psychology, as well as models and approaches that are grounded in evidence as opposed to experience or advice. And while many coaches bring a great deal of value to their coachees, data does show that a more scientific process has a greater success rate – particularly in terms of deeper insight leading to greater impact.
I have a particular focus on supporting women returning to work after maternity leave or a career break. Having lived through that myself, I can say with certainty that coaching can be genuinely life-changing.
